We are looking for a Senior Manager, Procure-to-Pay Process Governance to join Group Finance Transformation. In this key leadership role, you will shape the future direction of one of DSV's most critical end-to-end business processes, ensuring it remains effective, scalable and aligned with the company's strategic ambitions.

This is a role for a leader who thrives in complex international environments and enjoys working across functions, cultures and organisational boundaries. You will lead a team of experienced process professionals while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Operations and IT to drive meaningful business outcomes.

Drive enterprise-wide process transformation

As Senior Manager, Procure-to-Pay Process Governance, you will own the governance framework, roadmap and strategic direction of the Procure-to-Pay process. Your focus will be on creating long-term value through standardisation, simplification, continuous improvement and sustainable process excellence.

Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will help align diverse stakeholder interests, support decision-making across the organisation and ensure that priorities remain focused on delivering business value.

Your responsibilities will include:

•    Defining and driving the Procure-to-Pay governance model, strategy and roadmap
•    Leading process standardisation, transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
•    Establishing clear process ownership, accountability and performance measures
•    Building alignment across business functions and facilitating decision-making in complex stakeholder environments
•    Leading, developing and coaching a team of Process Owners and Process Specialists based in other locations[YP1.1]
•    Ensuring risks, controls, compliance requirements and governance standards are effectively managed
•    Representing Procure-to-Pay in leadership and governance forums
•    Driving adoption of new ways of working, processes and supporting technologies
•    Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability and business performance across the global organisation

Success in this role requires someone who can combine strategic thinking with the ability to turn direction into action. You are comfortable challenging existing ways of working when needed, bringing clarity to complex topics and helping stakeholders understand the rationale behind decisions and priorities.
You build trust through transparency, communicate with confidence and navigate competing priorities with professionalism and sound judgement. Most importantly, you are a leader who enjoys working with people and creating an environment where teams can perform, develop and succeed together.

What you bring

We imagine that you have:

•    Extensive experience within Procure-to-Pay, Finance Transformation, Process Governance or a similar business transformation environment
•    Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in a complex international organisation
•    Experience leading large-scale transformation, process improvement or operating model initiatives
•    Proven people leadership experience, including developing high-performing teams
•    Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple organisational levels
•    The ability to balance strategic priorities with practical execution
•    Experience working with senior leadership teams and governance bodies
•    A structured and resilient approach when managing ambiguity, change and competing priorities
•    A finance, accounting, process management or business transformation background

Experience with SAP S/4HANA (MM and FI modules amongst others) and related Procure-to-Pay processes is important, but this is first and foremost a business leadership and governance role rather than a technical specialist position.
