We challenge the status quo and value an open dialogue
You will be part of an energetic Business Change Management department (BCM) that comprises highly competent colleagues who are driven by the motivation to implement successful change management projects. While we are based in Denmark, we have colleagues in Sweden, Spain and the Netherlands.


Specifically, you will be managing the Customer & Partner team which covers electronical exchange of data between customers/partners and DSV Road Tools.


Working from the DSV HQ in Hedehusene near Copenhagen, you will be part of a dynamic and informal environment where people speak their minds and is motivated by taking responsibility! Lead a dynamic team on a transformation journey
As our new senior manager, you will have a great influence on the direction we set for the Customer & Partner area and team. Together, we will establish a small, skilled team that will support you in achieving the outlined goals.


One of your key responsibilities lies within formulating and executing on targets and projects as well as for the standardisation strategy on the area. You will be part of developing framework and implementing standardised processes and data in our systems used for integrations, and you will also have the quality assurance role to ensure that this is handled in a unified way.

You will be a member of the BCM team where we meet on an ongoing basis to evaluate, set strategies and follow up on projects, and you will also collaborate closely with our manager for the Sales team.  


Specifically, your tasks and responsibilities will be to:

  • Implement DSV Road standard EDI interfaces and high data quality
  • Manage internal stakeholders in the organisation as well as external customers and partners
  • Motivate and build up a high-performing mindset and a team ready to drive change
  • Ensure the execution power for driving standardisation of data received
  • Drive change and standardisation on all API/EDI in Road business
  • Support the local DSV Road countries in the standardisation journey by providing framework, KPIs, etc.
  • Drive the technical change together with Global IT, participating in dialogue with customers about standardisation

Hands-on manager with business know-how and change management skills
With extensive experience in successfully driving change management, you know how to communicate and facilitate change projects in a diplomatic yet productive way. You furthermore have a commercial mindset and plenty of business know-how to quickly understand how our organisation works.

You have a nice and firm approach to managing your team as well as handling other stakeholder relations across the organisation and externally.


Moreover, we imagine that you:

  • Have experience within the transportation and logistics industry
  • Have experience with developing framwork and implementing standardised processes and data 
  • Are structured and have experience with driving change
  • Have experience with strong follow-up on KPI and business cases
  • Are result-oriented short-term and long-term and take responsibility for your team and projects
  • Have great execution power and leadership skills
