In our Project Management Office, you will lead large-scale SAP; Master Data integration and other finance transformation projects that support DSV’s global strategy. You will be working directly with top senior stakeholders in the company where you will drive complex initiatives with global impact.

Step into our international Project Management Office
In DSV Group Project Management Office (PMO), you will be a part of a group of 160+ highly professional colleagues. Our mission is to deliver high-quality services and manage projects for the DSV organization, supporting business and group functions in executing global strategies.
You will work closely with the PMO management team as well as senior stakeholders in DSV, spanning functional areas such as Business Divisions, Group Finance, Compliance, IT and other Group Functions.
Run enterprise-level SAP/ Master Data integration finance projects and programs
Within the PMO Finance Cluster, you will lead and manage large, complex enterprise-level projects and programs mainly in the Finance Area, i.e. Master Data Implementation, SAP template implementation or related financial services i.e. E-Invoicing, SAP country roll-out, SAP Upgrades, and Reporting Solutions.
The projects may consist of multiple teams and workstreams and require integration with other teams / activities outside the project scope. Specifically, you will:
- Have the strategic project leadership, initiating, planning, and executing complex and high-impact projects. You will oversee multiple project teams, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. Moreover, you will mentor project managers and provide guidance on best practices.
- Develop finance projects from initiation to operations, following our standard PMO process and governance.
- Manage senior-level stakeholders, including board members, executives, and external partners, negotiating with key stakeholders to secure project resources, ensure stakeholder buy-in and maintain satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Carry out advanced risk and escalation management, identifying and analysing potential risks at organizational level, and devising strategic plans to mitigate them. You will also resolve high-level escalations and complex issues, ensuring minimal impact on project continuity and success.
- Enhance reporting mechanisms to provide comprehensive updates to top management and the board. And develop and maintain a communication strategy that ensures transparency and regular updates on project status, risks, and achievements.
- Potentially handle task and time management of external partners, service providers, and consultants.
Seasoned project manager with experience in Finance, SAP, and or Master Data implementation
With your strong interpersonal and communication skills, you are able to build and maintain business relationships as well as manage and coach stakeholders. You can stand your ground when others challenge you and know how to navigate at both top management and team level. Being comfortable working in an international and high-performance setting, you can lead people in workshop settings, both facilitating and driving outcomes.
Finally, we imagine that you have:
- Experience in Finance, SAP, and / or Master Data implementation project management
- Several years of continuous project management experience with large corporate projects – preferably from a global PMO and MNCs
- A bachelor’s degree (as a minimum) or higher in a relevant field, e.g., finance, project management, process management, but not limited to that .
- Excellent written and verbal corporate English language skills
