Own integration stability. Lead global delivery. Drive transformation at scale.

At DSV, change is constant – and so is our responsibility to keep the business running. We are looking for a Team Lead – ESB Group (Enterprise Service Bus) to take end-to-end ownership of Group-owned, business-critical integrations within our Enterprise Integration landscape and lead the controlled transformation from legacy platforms to modern, target-state integration solutions.

If you are motivated by ownership, operational excellence, and leading teams through complex change in a global setup, this is your opportunity to drive the change, create a long-lasting impact and enable your team to succeed.

About the role

As Team Lead – ESB Group, you hold accountability for the delivery, stability, and transformation of Group-owned integrations across DSV. These integrations span multiple business areas and regions and form a critical backbone for end-to-end business processes across the organisation. You lead a mixed, globally distributed setup of internal and external resources, including Developers, Scrum Masters, and Project Managers, ensuring clarity of ownership, predictable delivery, and operational stability across a sizeable and complex integration landscape.

Reporting to the Manager, Internal Integration Service, you act as the primary owner of Group integrations, balancing business priorities, incident handling, migration activities, and technical debt – always with a focus on controlled execution and transparency. While safeguarding day-to-day stability, you also play a key role in shaping how integrations are governed, modernised, and operated going forward.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a mixed setup in a matrix organisation, ensuring clear ownership per integration flow and platform
  • Driving a strong delivery culture with accountability, transparency, and realistic capacity planning
  • Owning and continuously prioritising the Group integration backlog based on business needs and capacity
  • Taking decisive ownership of migration sequencing, cutovers, rollback decisions, and mitigation strategies
  • Acting as the primary escalation point for Group-managed integrations, ensuring structured incident handling and clear, proactive stakeholder communication
  • Coordinating closely with other ESB teams, Enterprise Architecture, Platform, Operations, Support, and Release Management
  • Using delivery metrics and KPIs to improve predictability, reduce emergency changes, and strengthen production stability
  • Ensuring adherence to DSV integration standards, governance, and change and release processes

This role plays a central part in safeguarding business-critical integrations while actively shaping the future Enterprise Integration landscape at DSV.

About you

You are a structured and confident leader with a strong technical foundation and a clear sense of ownership. You are comfortable operating in complex, high-impact environments where stability and transformation must go hand in hand.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • Have 3–5 years’ experience as a Team Lead or similar role in a complex, matrix-based organisation
  • Are experienced in leading cross-functional, globally distributed teams with internal and external contributors
  • Bring strong stakeholder management skills and can align priorities across teams and organisational levels
  • Have solid experience working in agile setups, collaborating closely with Scrum Masters and delivery roles
  • Bring profound knowledge of software development and solution / system architecture
  • Have experience from service delivery, incident management, or operational ownership of production‑critical systems
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English within a global organisation

At DSV, you will become part of a global organisation characterised by accountability, collaboration, and a strong sense of ownership. We work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where decisions are made close to the business and where initiative and responsibility are valued. You will join a culture built on trust, transparency, and the ambition to continuously improve and grow.

Ready to move to the next step?

We accept applications until 20 May 2026, but we screen candidates on an ongoing basis, so we recommend applying early. No cover letter needed; just include a short motivation in your CV.
