Join the world's largest transport and logistics company and help shape the future of Treasury operations

As part of DSV's Group Treasury organisation, you will play a key role in driving the continued development of our global treasury operations and working capital agenda. You will work at the centre of a highly international organisation, helping optimise processes, strengthen financial controls and support strategic treasury initiatives.

"We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working across countries and functions, and wants to make a real impact on how Treasury supports the business globally," says Line Ehlers, Director, Group Treasury.

Become part of our talented Group Treasury team

You will be a part of the Group Treasury department at our modern headquarters in Hedehusene. More specifically, you will join our NWC & Middle Office alongside four colleagues and your manager.

As the world's largest logistics company, DSV operates in a fast-moving and complex environment, creating unique opportunities to work on large-scale transformation initiatives, treasury system developments and global process improvements.

In this role, you will work as business partner to the finance organization and have a significant impact on internal capital allocation and our investment decisions.

Own and Develop DSV’s Global Treasury Limit Framework

As our new Senior Treasury Specialist, you will take end-to-end ownership of DSV’s global treasury limit agenda. You will optimise and further develop the existing framework for assessing, approving and monitoring treasury limits across the Group. Working closely with local CFOs and finance teams, you will challenge funding needs, translate business requirements into well-founded recommendations and prepare high-quality cases for senior management approval.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Take end-to-end ownership of DSV’s global treasury limits, from initial request and assessment through approval, implementation and ongoing monitoring
  • Design, implement and continuously improve a clear, scalable treasury limit framework with defined criteria, governance, approval levels and review processes
  • Prepare business cases and recommendations on treasury limits for senior management and CFO approval
  • Engage directly with local CFOs and finance teams to understand funding requirements, challenge assumptions and ensure requests are aligned with business needs
  • Monitor utilisation, exposure and compliance across entities, identify emerging risks and drive timely corrective actions
  • Create transparent management reporting and decision support on limits, liquidity needs and internal capital allocation
  • Act as a trusted treasury business partner to local and regional finance leadership across the global organisation
  • Drive related process improvements, system enhancements and automation initiatives that strengthen governance and efficiency
  • Contribute to broader Group Treasury, working capital and strategic finance initiatives as required

Treasury professional with strong analytical capabilities

We are looking for an experienced treasury professional who can build a framework, take ownership of complex decisions and engage confidently with senior finance stakeholders across countries.

You ideally have:

  • Several years of relevant experience within Treasury, Corporate Finance, Cash Management, Credit or a related field
  • Strong analytical judgement and the confidence to challenge assumptions and incomplete business cases constructively
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage credibly with local CFOs and senior management
  • A structured, proactive approach and the ability to drive work independently from concept to implementation
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
