About the Role – What You’ll Drive Forward

As a Student Assistant in IT Security Awareness & Training, you’ll support a global function dedicated to building a strong security culture across DSV. Working closely with your colleagues in IT Compliance, you’ll help plan, create, and deliver awareness activities that make cyber security relevant and understandable for employees worldwide.

You will contribute to both creative and operational tasks, giving you hands-on experience in communication, digital content, and IT security awareness initiatives. Your work will support key activities such as phishing simulations, training content, newsletters, campaigns, and internal events.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Creating and formatting newsletters and communication materials aligned with DSV branding
• Supporting phishing simulation campaigns — from preparation to coordination and documentation
• Assisting with setup and maintenance of training content and global/regional awareness initiatives
• Helping coordinate and promote internal security campaigns and events
• Conducting research, preparing presentations, and handling administrative tasks
• Collaborating with IT Compliance, Global IT teams, internal communications partners, and selected external vendors

About You – What You Bring to the Journey

You are currently enrolled in a relevant higher education program, for example within:

• Communication
• Multimedia Design
• Computer Science
• IT / Information Security
• …or similar fields

What truly matters is your mindset: you’re curious, structured, and motivated to help others understand IT security in an engaging way. You don’t need formal security certifications – just the willingness to learn.

We imagine you bring:

• Strong written communication skills in English
• An interest in people, behaviour, and decision‑making
• Curiosity for IT security and awareness topics
• A structured, reliable approach with attention to detail
• Creativity in communication and visual presentation
• Ability to work independently while thriving in collaboration
• Comfort working in an international, cross‑functional environment
