Are you looking to combine your studies with hands-on experience in a global IT organisation?

Do you enjoy creating structure, analysing information, and supporting leaders in a fast-paced environment?

As our new IT Student Assistant, you'll become part of IT Governance within Situational Management and gain valuable insight into how a global logistics company drives operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across its IT organisation.

This is your opportunity to develop professional skills, work closely with experienced colleagues across the globe, and contribute to initiatives that support the future of IT at DSV.

About the role – What you’ll drive forward

As an IT Student Assistant, you will support leaders and teams within Situational Management by helping create structure, drive coordination, and ensure follow-up on key activities.

You will gain exposure to both operational and strategic work while building experience across reporting, communication, stakeholder collaboration, process improvement, and digital ways of working.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting leaders with reporting, documentation, presentations, and coordination activities
  • Analysing data, preparing summaries, and helping ensure timely collection of inputs and deliverables
  • Assisting with the creation of presentations and communication materials for stakeholders across Global IT
  • Tracking action items, following up on agreed activities, and helping maintain visibility of team priorities
  • Coordinating meetings and supporting collaboration across international teams
  • Contributing to process improvements, automation initiatives, and the adoption of digital and AI-enabled tools
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and operational activities within IT Governance

Your responsibilities will evolve over time as you grow in the role and build new competencies.

You will join the IT Governance team within Situational Management and report directly to the Head of IT Governance.

Situational Management is a global organisation spanning Denmark, Poland, the Philippines, and China. We support DSV's business by ensuring stable operations, creating value through collaboration, and continuously improving the way we work across Global IT.

You will become part of an international environment where knowledge sharing, teamwork, and continuous development are part of everyday life.

About you – What you bring to the journey

You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree programme within Business Administration, IT, Data Analytics, Digital Business, or a related field and are either in the final year of your bachelor's degree or the first year of your master's degree.
