Would you like to start your career even before you graduate? Why not do so in the largest logistics company in the world?
If you have commercial flair and are in the first year of your Master’s in e.g. strategy, business administration, economics, business development, supply chain, or similar, you can be part of driving our agenda for organic growth.
“This is a hands-on role where you can lean on an experienced team as you gain a good understanding of the logistics industry as well as commercial strategy,” says Nanna Villadsen, Head of Group CCO Office.
Welcome to our Group CCO Office
We are based in the department Group Commercial and are a team of 3 colleagues – Nanna and two senior strategy managers. Together, we are responsible for commercial strategy, implementing and standardising our commercial approach across DSV markets to continuously ensure organic growth.
“There’s a lot of trust and readiness to help each other on the different tasks. We’re really proud to be enablers and drivers the implementation of the Commercial Approach,” explains Nanna.
Support the team in a variety of exciting projects
Based in Hedehusene, you will spend 15-20 hours a week (we will adapt to fit your studies) supporting our team in activities related to the implementation of our Commercial Approach.
This entails assisting the respective senior strategy managers on an array of tasks for different projects. You will also prepare analyses, research, business cases, and workshop materials for internal stakeholders as well as assist the broader Group Commercial team.
Specifically, you will support in:
- Further development of our commercial strategy, conducting research, analysis, and preparing draft materials.
- Ensuring alignment and transparency across divisions through documentation and follow-ups.
- Developing and maintaining tools, templates, and processes together with the team.
- Progress follow-up and gathering updates from stakeholders in collaboration with the leads.

Strategic mindset with the ability to structure and interpret data
We are looking for a colleague who is great at creating structure while paying attention to detail. You thrive in an international environment and are comfortable working with colleagues across countries and cultures. Taking a hands-on approach, you are ready to learn about commercial strategy and the logistics industry, which is fast-moving and ever-changing. This also requires for you to be able to adapt as well as handle and prioritise multiple tasks.
Finally, we imagine that you:
- Are currently enrolled in the first year of your master’s degree in strategy, business administration, finance, economics, business development, supply chain, or similar.
- Have experience with PowerPoint and Excel.
- Are fluent in English.
- May have previous experience from a student role in consulting, strategy, business development, or similar, but this is merely a plus and not a prerequisite.
