The Enterprise Design Team
With this position, you will join the Enterprise Service Catalogue team within Enterprise Design (ED) at DSV’s international headquarters in Hedehusene, Denmark.
You will help drive and maintain DSV’s Enterprise Catalogue — a strategic asset with high value across both business and IT, and a key enabler for how DSV designs, communicates, and operates its services globally.
Within Enterprise Design, we work across the entire organization, covering all divisions (Road, Air & Sea) as well as commercial verticals ranging from Healthcare to Automotive. Our mission is to create and roll out a single, enterprise-wide Product and Service Catalogue, providing one coherent view for DSV’s operational, commercial teams and customers.
What you will be doing
As a student assistant within Enterprise Service Catalogue team, your prime responsibilities will involve the following tasks:
- Contribute to enterprise-level service and architecture documentation used by Business Architects and senior stakeholders
- Translate input from architecture reviews and workshops into clear, well-structured presentations and written material
- Improve the clarity, structure, and narrative of presentations that communicate complex business concepts
- Support review cycles by incorporating feedback and ensuring materials are decision-ready
- Help ensure consistency across service catalog documentation, templates, and enterprise standards
- Gain hands-on experience in how architectural insights are prepared, refined, and communicated within a large organization

- You are currently studying for your Master or PhD in Computer Science or similar.
- Are well-structured and organized in your approach to handling different tasks.
- Are friendly and outgoing, with a can-do and service-minded attitude.
- You are well versed with the Microsoft Office 365 package.
- Are naturally curious with a strong willingness to learn.
- You speak and write English fluently.
Practical information
Working hours: 20 hours per week
Location: Preferably office-based, with at least one full day at office
Flexibility: We accommodate exam periods; flexibility is appreciated on both sides
