DSV is expanding its IT capabilities as the world’s largest transport and logistics company following our acquisition of DB Schenker. We are seeking a skilled  Technology Architect within Group & Enterprise Applications, Global IT department.

About the Role
As a Technology Architect in our Business Group IT Services team, you will join a dynamic and talented team of Technical Project Managers, Technology Architects, and Business Analysts, working in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external partners, to deliver real value to the organization. You will support the design and delivery of enterprise-level technical solutions, ensuring architectural integrity, scalability, and compliance with IT standards. As a trusted advisor, you will guide technical decisions, mitigate risks, and ensure solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand system functionalities and dependencies across IT platforms.
• Provide technical and architectural advisory during implementations and development.
• Perform GAP analysis (as‑is → to‑be) from a technical perspective.
• Create Solution Design Documents (SDDs) per EA standards.
• Design architecture diagrams and integration specifications (field mapping, triggers, testing).
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure clarity and quality.
• Implement technical processes for rollout and assist with project documentation.
• Deliver fully functional, integrated solutions on time.
• Collaborate with Service and Application Owners, vendors, and stakeholders across our global organisation.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and opportunities, and implement scalable solutions to keep projects on track.
• Respond to shifting priorities with flexibility, quickly learning new tools, technologies, and processes to meet evolving business needs.
• Contribute to a positive team culture by promoting open communication, mutual support, and a strong sense of belonging for all team members.

What We Expect from You 

• Independence & proactivity: Ability to work autonomously, take initiative in resolving issues, and keep projects on track without constant supervision.

• Collaboration & support: Actively engage with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
• Holistic and problem-solving mindset: Ability to see the full end-to-end process and understand how changes impact multiple areas, while effectively managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities.
• Technical expertise: Deep understanding of system architecture, integrations, and full-stack concepts to design robust solutions.
• Analytical thinking: Strong ability to analyze complex business and technical problems, perform GAP analysis, and propose practical solutions.
• Communication & documentation: Clear and structured communication, producing high-quality Solution Design Documents (SDDs), diagrams, and integration specifications.
• Quality & delivery focus: Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and delivered on time with proper testing and handover.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for optimization, reuse, and technical debt reduction across systems and processes.

• Language skills: Fluency in English is required; Danish is an advantage but not mandatory.
