DSV Air & Sea  is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Project Specialist, Air & Sea in Perth.

The position is responsible for project planning and operational work load of import and export (sea and air) shipments by compiling, completing and verifying the necessary documents in according with company policy and procedure.

Your typical day at DSV:

About you:

• Experience in international project forwarding and/or freight forwarding across air and sea operations.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete documentation accurately and maintain high data quality.
• Excellent prioritisation and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of CargoWise One (CW1) is preferred.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
