Job Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of financial statements and month-end closing procedures.
- Respond to enquiries from overhead suppliers and internal departments regarding account matters.
- Assist with audit preparation by organizing and compiling necessary documentation.
- Support other accounting team members as required to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and arrange payment of overhead invoices.
- Perform data entry and verify financial information.
- Follow up the asset posting and physical fixed assets check.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Accounting or relevant disciplines (e.g. LLC Level 2 or above).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is advantageous.
- Proficient in PC applications, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Well-organized, hardworking, motivated and proactive.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, with a strong commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of financial information.
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance role is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Those with more experience may be considered for the position of Accountant.
