Job Responsibilities: 

• Support the preparation of financial statements and month-end closing procedures.
• Respond to enquiries from overhead suppliers and internal departments regarding account matters.
• Assist with audit preparation by organizing and compiling necessary documentation.
• Support other accounting team members as required to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and arrange payment of overhead invoices.
• Perform data entry and verify financial information.
• Follow up the asset posting and physical fixed assets check. 

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or relevant disciplines (e.g. LLC Level 2 or above).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in PC applications, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Well-organized, hardworking, motivated and proactive.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, with a strong commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of financial information.
• Previous experience in an accounts or finance role is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Those with more experience may be considered for the position of Accountant.
