The DSV Graduate Trainee Program aims to offer a holistic and practical learning journey to high potential graduates, developing them into future leaders in the freight forwarding industry.

What are the Program Features?

Structured Career Development Program

• Core and elective job rotations in 24 months across different departments, ranging from operations, commercial, products, sustainability, operational excellence to marketing.
• Project-based assignments for broadening knowledge and networks.

Individual Coaching and Buddy Support

• Comprehensive and all-rounded training plan with on-the-job training.
• Ambassador and buddy scheme for effective mentoring and performance feedback.

Diversified Training and Development Program

• In-house and external trainings covering operation systems, personal development, professional certificate, and teambuilding.

• Experiential learning opportunities including warehouse, terminal and other site visits in Hong Kong and South China.

Industry Exposure with Professionals

• Regular dialogues and sharing sessions by Senior Management.
• Networking opportunities with industry experts and associations.

Dynamic Work Environment with International Job Exposure

• Multi-national work culture with work life balance.
• 3 months’ job attachment opportunities in Greater Bay Area during the program.

• Future career and further development opportunities in Hong Kong, overseas or China DSV offices upon satisfactory completion of the program.

What are the Essential Qualities to apply for the Program?

• Fresh or recent one-year university graduates in supply chain, logistics or related disciplines.
• Strong commitment toward establishing a long-term career in the freight forwarding industry.
• Good team player with inquisitive mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resilient with positive attitude.
• Eagerness to take up new challenges.
• A drive to achieve, and initiatives to strive for continuous improvements and excellence.
• Diligent, self-motivated with high sense of responsibility.
• Relevant internship or part-time experience in the industry will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Local students or non-local students with eligible visa to work in Hong Kong are welcome to apply.

What is the Application Timeline for 2026 intake?

• Please submit your resume (with expected graduation year and salary) on or before 15 April 2026. Late applications may not be processed.
• Online Assessments and Interviews: February – May 2026
• Program Commencement: 3 August 2026
