• To manage and supervise day to day 3PL warehousing & distribution activities with assigned logistics clients
• To lead staff to meet with the standard operating procedures of our clients
• To plan and control the activities of staff to achieve a high standard of client service and operational efficiency
• To manage the safety and security of the logistics work place
• To plan necessary manpower and operational requirements within budget
• To prepare cost proposal / quotation for contract logistics’ existing and potential clients
• To develop SOP and work process as well Continuous Improvement plan for the existing and new clients 
• To monitor the performance of sub-contractors to ensure both company and clients’ requirements are met
• To control the logistics warehouse cost within the given budget
