Lead the training transformation behind DSV's next-generation Control Tower platform.

At DSV, transformation is driven by people. As Head of Training for the European Control Tower, you will play a key role in one of the most significant technology transformations in DSV Road. You will lead the training strategy behind the rollout of our new platform, ensuring colleagues across Europe are ready, confident, and equipped for success.

About the role

The European Control Tower manages some of DSV Road's largest and most complex customers, supporting national, European, and global supply chains.

Reporting to the Director, Operations Road Control Tower, you will own the entire training workstream throughout the platform implementation journey. Working closely with Operations, IT, Process Excellence, Change Management, and business stakeholders, you will drive learning, readiness, and successful system adoption across Europe.

The role supports deployment across multiple European countries, involving hundreds of operational users and a broad network of local stakeholders and super users. This gives you the opportunity to shape how people across Europe learn, adopt, and work with the new platform.

Your responsibilities

You will:

• Develop and execute the training strategy supporting the European platform rollout
• Design engaging training programmes, learning content, user guides, and process documentation
• Partner with subject matter experts and operational teams to translate business processes into effective learning solutions
• Own and coordinate the European Super User network, collecting feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating operational needs into training and adoption initiatives
• Drive training delivery, user readiness, adoption, and change management activities across multiple countries
• Continuously evaluate, develop, and implement innovative training methods and learning approaches to maximize knowledge retention and user engagement
• Align training activities with project milestones, testing phases, go-live plans, and post-go-live support

What you bring

You are a passionate training and change leader who understands that successful transformations depend on people. You thrive in international environments, can navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, and know how to turn complex processes into practical learning experiences.

We imagine you bring:

• Experience leading large-scale training programmes within business transformation or system implementations
• Strong capabilities in developing learning content, training materials, and user documentation
• A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for modern learning methodologies and capability development including digital learning platforms, blended learning, micro-learning, train-the-trainer approaches, and performance support tools
• Experience with ERP, TMS, WMS, or similar technology rollouts
• Knowledge of transport, logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding operations
• Experience working across multiple countries and cultures
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills
• Professional fluency in English

Experience with Transport Management Systems, Control Tower operations, and large-scale change programmes will be considered a significant advantage.
