In our Road European Control Tower, we use our expertise and strong global transport network to simplify complex supply chains for our customers. It may sound ambitious, but we love a good challenge! We act as a single point of contact and take on the commercial responsibility for large and complex customers. We succeed by establishing best‑practice processes, standardization, and optimization.

Automation and Implementation of Digital Tools

We are looking for a Business Support Specialist who is passionate about identifying optimization opportunities in our processes and using automation and digital tool implementation to create maximum value for our customers.

Your Primary Responsibilities

- Drive productivity improvements across processes.

- Develop and implement automation solutions.

- Ensure best‑practice implementation across locations.

- Implement and train colleagues in internal tools.

- Provide operational support for customer solutions and control tower implementations.

We Are Looking for Someone Who Has

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex processes.

- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.

- Solid understanding of IT possibilities and limitations.

- Experience from the transport industry and preferably knowledge of CargoLink.

- Flexibility and willingness to travel.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Fluent English (German is an advantage).

About Your Future Manager, Morten Jørgensen, Director – Operations Road Control Tower

Throughout my 30-year career at DSV, I have had many exciting opportunities, most recently within the European Control Tower. In this role, it is important for me to provide direction, offer freedom with responsibility, and act as a sparring partner. Our team currently consists of three skilled specialists in Denmark and the Netherlands, and although we are often out in the organization, we prioritize supporting each other with both large and small challenges and having daily sparring.
