POSITION SUMMARY 

The Warehouse Operator, ERT (Electronics Evaluation & Processing) receives, analyzes, and processes light to heavy-industrial electronic information security equipment hardware components. This role evaluates the physical and functional condition of hardware to determine reusability, logs data into an inventory database, and prepares items for storage or shipment. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Receiving: Unload, unpack, and verify incoming specialized information security hardware shipments. 

  • Evaluation: Inspect industrial electronic equipment and components for physical damage. 

  • Analysis: Rate equipment reusability based on rigorous company standards. 

  • Data Entry: Input detailed analysis data and grading results into the inventory database. 

  • Packaging: Repackage, label, and safely secure processed electronics. 

  • Palletization: Stage, palletize, and shrink-wrap like equipment together. 

  • Storage: Sort and stack pallets for potential future shipping destinations. 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES 

High school diploma or equivalent required. 

Minimum 1 -2 years of electronic testing experience preferred. 

Computer Skills:  

  • Basic computer experience to navigate inventory software and log data. 

Certificates & Licenses:  

  • None 

Language Skills:  

  • English language, bilingual is a plus  

Mathematical Skills:  

  • Basic  

Other Skills:  

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills 

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment 

  • Familiarity with light to heavy-industrial electronic components or servers is a plus. 

  • High attention to detail for accurate equipment analysis and grading. 

  • Ability to follow technical processing and documentation instructions.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $18.58 – $23.22 Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
