DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Supervisor in AUS - Huntingwood, Healey Circuit

We're looking for a Data Centre Operations Supervisor to lead a great team and help ensure our critical infrastructure operates safely, reliably, and efficiently.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll support day-to-day operations, coordinate maintenance activities, manage contractors, and help solve problems when they arise. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in keeping things running behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

• Leading, coaching, and supporting a team of technicians
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the data centre
• Coordinating maintenance and contractor activities
• Responding to operational issues and helping find solutions
• Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and performance

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a data centre, facilities, operations, or critical infrastructure environment
• Experience leading or supervising a team
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
• A collaborative, team-first approach
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Great communication skills and a positive attitude
