You will be joining the Finance Transformation Deliver Centre, which is a global deliver centre for Finance Transformation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Plan, own and execute the cutover for the finance workstream — build and manage the detailed cutover plan, sequencing, dependencies, timelines and rollback strategy
• Manage the cutover command centre / control room during go-live, tracking task completion in real time and managing checkpoints, go/no-go decisions and escalations
• Define and stand up the hypercare model — support structure, severity definitions, SLAs, shift rosters, ticket routing and exit criteria
• Manage the hypercare period post go-live, ensuring rapid issue triage, resolution and stabilisation of finance operations and manage escalations
• Coordinate across functional, technical, data migration, infrastructure, testing and business teams, plus third-party vendors, to ensure a smooth transition into business as usual
• Own stakeholder and leadership reporting — cutover progress, hypercare ticket trends, stabilisation status and readiness for BAU handover
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies, with clear mitigation and contingency planning
• Lead, allocate and develop the hypercare/cutover team, ensuring adequate coverage across time zones and shifts
• Drive the transition to support / BAU handover, including knowledge transfer and documentation
Key Experience:
Most Important-
• Proven experience managing cutover and/or hypercare on at least one full-cycle ERP / finance transformation go-live
• Understanding of finance processes and finance system landscapes (SAP S/4HANA preferable)
• Strong programme/delivery management capability — planning, dependency management, command-centre leadership
• Excellent stakeholder management at senior/leadership level, including escalation and crisis handling
Fairly important-
• Experience managing support/incident operations and SLAs during stabilisation
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-vendor, onshore/offshore teams
Least important-
• Hands-on technical/configuration experience
• Detailed test execution experience
Required Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Business / Accounting or corresponding experience; PMP/PRINCE2 an advantage
• 11-14 years in ERP delivery or other related areas, with demonstrable experience in cutover and/or hypercare management roles
• 5+ years SAP S4HANA application experience in one/ or many of these areas: ERP implementations in SAP FI, SAP CO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAPMDG
• 5+ years in a manager or senior testing role
• Proven ability to lead large teams
• Hands on experience with JIRA
• Exposure to Source-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, or Order-to-Cash processes is an advantage
• Prior experience in transport and logistics sector is an advantage
