휴대폰 및 기타 전자기기의 테스트 장비를 관리·유지·개선하여 장비의 안정성, 테스트 정확성 및 제품 품질을 확보하는 역할을 수행한다.

✅Key Responsibilities

• 휴대폰 및 기타 전자기기의 테스트 장비를 관리하고 성능 및 운영 안정성 유지
• 장비 검증, 교정, 예방정비 및 장애 대응 수행
• 장비 운영, 테스트 절차 및 안전 기준에 대한 교육 실시
• 장비 관리 및 테스트 관련 SOP와 작업지침서 작성·관리·개정
• 테스트 장비가 운영, 품질 및 고객 요구사항을 충족하도록 관리
• 장비 성능, 테스트 효율 및 제품 품질 향상을 위한 지속적인 개선 활동 수행

1. 장비 관리

✔ 테스트 장비의 설치, 검증, 유지보수 및 교정을 관리한다. 

✔ 장비의 성능과 운영 상태를 점검하여 안정적인 테스트 환경을 유지한다. 

✔ 예방정비 및 장애 조치를 통해 장비 가동률을 관리한다. 

✔ 장비 운영 이슈를 분석하고 개선 활동을 수행한다.

✔ 장비 이력, 유지보수 및 교정 관련 문서를 관리한다.

2. 교육

✔ 장비 운영, 테스트 절차 및 안전 기준에 대한 교육을 실시한다. 

✔ 작업자가 표준 절차를 준수할 수 있도록 지도하고 지원한다. 

✔ 작업자의 장비 운용 역량을 평가하고 품질 기준 준수를 관리한다.

• 테스트 장비 설치, 유지보수, 교정 및 관리 경험 보유자

• 테스트 장비 운영 및 유지보수 역량
• 품질 및 안전 기준에 대한 이해
• MS Office 활용 가능자 
• WMS/ERP 시스템에 대한 기본적인 이해 또는 사용 경험 보유자
