휴대폰 및 기타 전자기기의 품질 운영 및 고객 품질 관리를 담당하며, 지속적인 개선 활동을 통해 품질 목표와 고객 요구사항을 충족한다. 

✅Key Responsibilities

• 수리, 테스트 및 검사 공정의 품질 운영을 총괄하고, 고객 요구사항 및 품질 기준 준수를 관리한다.
• Quality Supervisor 및 Quality Engineer 조직을 관리하고 목표 달성을 지원한다.
• 고객 품질 이슈, 감사(Audit), 불만사항 및 시정조치(CAPA)를 관리한다.
• 품질 KPI를 모니터링하고 지속적인 개선 활동을 추진한다.
• 유관 부서와 협업하여 품질 이슈를 해결하고 운영 성과를 개선한다.

1. 품질 운영 및 조직 관리 (Quality Leadership & Team Management) 

✔ 품질 목표를 수립하고 품질 조직을 관리하여 운영 성과 향상

✔ 품질 기준, 고객 요구사항 및 관련 규정을 준수하도록 관리

2. 고객 품질 관리 및 보고 (Customer Quality Management & Reporting) 

✔ 고객 감사(Audit), 품질 이슈, 불만사항 및 시정조치(CAPA) 총괄

✔ 고객 품질 성과와 개선 활동 관리 및 Production Manager에게 보고

3. 품질 시스템 및 지속적 개선 (Quality Systems & Continuous Improvement) 

✔ FPY, 불량률 등 주요 품질 KPI 관리 및 분석 

✔ 품질 향상 및 고객 만족도 개선을 위한 지속적인 개선 활동 추진

✔ SOP, 작업지침 및 품질 시스템이 준수되도록 관리

✔ 운영, 생산, 엔지니어링 및 고객 서비스 부서와 협업하여 품질 이슈 해결 및 운영 성과 개선

Education

• 대학교 졸업 (4년제) 이상

Experience

• 물류, 창고 운영 또는 공급망 분야의 품질관리 경력 8년 이상
• 관련 분야 전공 또는 경력 보유자 우대 
• 고객 품질, Audit, CAPA 및 지속적 개선 활동 경험 보유자

Competencies

• 고객 및 유관 부서와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력
• 분석적 사고 및 문제 해결 능력
• MS Office 활용 능력
• WMS/ERP 시스템 활용 가능자 
• 컴퓨터 활용 능력
