1 position for each shift: $28 hourly

Shift 1A: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Every Other Wednesday 5:00am-5:30pm  

Shift 1B: Every Other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 5:00pm-5:30am  

Shift 2A: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Every Other Wednesday 5:00am-5:30pm  

Shift 2B: Every Other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 5:00pm-5:30am  

 



Summary

DSV is seeking an experienced and motivated Inventory Team Lead to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the inventory control processes and ensuring accurate inventory counts and tracking of goods in our warehouse.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of inventory associates to perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures and processes
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments of goods
  • Enter data into inventory management system accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain organized and clean inventory storage areas
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
  • Prepare regular inventory reports for management
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

 

Educational background / Work experience

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or related field
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics
  • Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment

Supervisory Responsibilities (if any)

  • Supervise a team of inventory associates.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cycle counting or other inventory control methods
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software
  • Experience working in a regulated environment, such as food or pharmaceuticals

 

 

 

 

Language skills

  • Fluent in English (oral and written)

 

Computer Literacy

  • Strong computer skills

For this position, the expected base pay range is $28.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
