The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that DSV's transportation and logistics operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. They will work closely with senior management and department heads to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, monitor compliance, and provide training to employees.
Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure that all transportation and logistics operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Monitor compliance with policies and procedures, identify areas of non-compliance, and develop and implement corrective actions.

Provide training to employees on compliance policies and procedures, as well as changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Conduct regular audits and assessments of compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Keep up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards, and communicate any changes to senior management and department heads.

Investigate and report any suspected violations of laws, regulations, or industry standards, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, industry organizations, and other stakeholders to stay informed of best practices and emerging issues.
Educational background / Work experience
-
Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field.
-
At least 5 years of experience in compliance management or a related field in the transportation and logistics industry.

Strong understanding of laws, regulations, and industry standards related to transportation and logistics.

For this position, the expected base pay is: $115,000 - $172,000 / Annual. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, geographical location, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
