Job Description:

 

  • Being responsible for processing RFQs in the areas of air and sea freight,
  • Review and completion of RFQ with analyse of tender requirements,
  • Analyse Tenders received, reviewing volume potential and trades involved.
  • Continuous process improvement of internal tender process.
  • Close cooperation and exchange with operation department with tender implementation process.
  • Ensure that operational terms and requirements are reviewed,aligned and countred within internal organization.

General Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degre,
  • With minimum 1-2 years work experience in logistics/similar position/background,
  • Proficient & Fluent in Englis,
  • Strong Knowledge and advance level of databased management, especially Microsoft Excel and Power Point,
  • Strong conceptual thinking with detailed oriented approach,
  • Analytical,structured,accurate and efficient working style,
  • Communicative team player with a global mindse,
  • Customer, product and market knowledge,
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines.
