Job description:

• Collecting from customers and following up customer current accounts,
• Making customer reconciliations and following their current accounts,
• Follow-up with clients on overdue accounts.
• Have knowledge of accounting,
• Sending warning letters and requesting payment by phone for delayed customers.
• Follow-up of documents and correspondence required to communicate with the bank in order for customer payments to be accounted for.
• To inform the management in accordance with Company Policies for non-paying Customers and to follow the warning processes.
• To monitor the credit limits of the company and to inform the management about problematic transactions and to take action.
• Reconciliation of credit card payment accounts and payment transactions,
• Strong understanding of billing and collection processes.

General Qualifications:

• Graduated from related departments of universities,
• Min. 3 years of experience,
• Fluent in English,
• Have knowledge of accounting,
• Proficient in MS Office applications (especially excel),
• Preferably using SAP,
• Successful in human relations, high organizational ability and responsible,
• Ability to think analytically and make quick decisions,
• Will be able to adapt to the intense work tempo and provide stress management,
