Job Description:

Supporting and developing all functional and operational processes in Human Resources processes (Onboarding, Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Engagement).

Supporting and managing the payroll process and conducting account reconciliations.

Understanding the analytical needs of the HR Team.

Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.

Ability to operate basic HR systems for data management and generate reports and metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a university.
- Minimum 4 years of significant HR experience.
- Knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and its applications.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Strong analytical thinking skills with a focus on details.
- Fluency in English with translation capability (verbal and written).
- Strong computer skills.
