Job Description:

 

  • Supporting and developing all functional and operational processes in Human Resources processes (Onboarding, Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Engagement).

  • Supporting and managing the payroll process and conducting account reconciliations.

  • Understanding the analytical needs of the HR Team.

  • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.

  • Ability to operate basic HR systems for data management and generate reports and metrics.

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree from a university.
  • Minimum 4 years of significant HR experience.
  • Knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and its applications.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with a focus on details.
  • Fluency in English with translation capability (verbal and written).
  • Strong computer skills.
