Job Description:

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with a primary focus on Air & Sea Freight functions across operational, commercial, and support teams
• Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to identify talent needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions
• Support and continuously improve key Human Resources processes, including Recruitment, Onboarding, and employee Engagement
• Drive a positive candidate and employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle
• Manage and coordinate onboarding activities to ensure successful integration of new employees into the organization
• Analyze HR data and identify trends to support business and people-related decision-making
• Understand and respond to the analytical needs of the HR team by preparing reports, metrics, and workforce insights
• Utilize SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems to maintain employee data, generate reports, and support HR operations
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters while helping to resolve complex employee issues in partnership with managers
• Collaborate with regional and global HR stakeholders to ensure alignment with company policies, processes, and best practices
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and support business objectives
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Partner, or in a similar HR role
• Min. 5 years of HR experience within the logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain industry
• Strong recruitment experience within Air & Sea Freight Forwarding businesses Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS systems
• Solid knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes Experience in managing employee relations matters and supporting managers on people-related topic
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and generate meaningful insights
• Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
