DSV is looking for a Senior HR P&O Business Partner to lead and support HR operations across our Orhanlı and Gebze warehouse sites.In this role, you will manage all HR processes for both blue‑collar and white‑collar teams—covering recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and daily operational HR tasks. You will work closely with warehouse leadership to ensure compliance with labor law, strengthen operational efficiency, and enhance employee engagement across our distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for warehouse teams
• Oversee employee relations for blue‑collar and white‑collar employees
• Coordinate performance management and support development initiativesSupport compensation and benefits processes and annual cycles
• Manage vendor management for subcontractors
• Track and analyse monthly headcount, FTEs and prepare and submit  monthly HR reports to region and HQLead orientation, engagement, and HR communication activities
• Ensure labor law compliance and alignment with DSV HR policies
• Partner with operational managers on workforce planning and daily HR support
• Support and participate HQ or our global stakeholder’s audits to ensure alignment with corporate standards

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
• 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in logistics, warehousing, or blue‑collar environments
• Strong experience in blue‑collar HR operations and field‑based workforce management
• Upper Intermediate English proficiency (written & spoken)Experience on outsource vendor management
• Strong practical command of Turkish Labor Law
• Proficiency in SuccessFactors (SF) and strong Excel skillsStrong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul (Anadolu Yakası)
