OBJECTIVES

• Achieve maximum customer satisfaction and profitability / growth from assigned key accounts by continuous expansion of business relations

JOB DUTIES

• Conduct business reviews, analyze and identify business opportunities, potential risks and make appropriate recommendation to management 
• Responsible for a smooth business implementation and handover of SOPs to operations and ongoing monitoring of compliance
• Ensure compliance with operational processes by performing process monitoring and close follow-up with respective parties
• Ensure monthly/quarterly/annual Business Review meetings take place, are well-prepared and all relevant stakeholders involved in a timely manner
• Ensure minutes from Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Business Review Meetings are distributed to all relevant stakeholders (Products, Regions) and corrective actions are followed up for Country Key Accounts and sizeable Country Accounts where applicable
• Ensure any concerns and/or complaints from customer are timely escalated to all relevant stakeholders (Products, Regions) 
• Perform quality and timely update and maintenance of the data in Sales system (MS Dynamics) and monitor use of Customer Applications

JOB REQUREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree holder or Diploma with high leadership skill can be considered
• At least 3 years of relevant business experience
• Basic knowledge in Sales, good understanding of vertical market 
• Expertise and professionalism in customer contacts, understanding of customer requirements, analysis and resolution of problems and complaints
• Local market knowledge (Customers, Competitors, Suppliers) 
• Functional experience in Air / Sea / Customs Brokerage
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined 
• Self-management (Planning, Organizing & Goal Setting, Execution) 
• Good interpersonal and written verbal communication skills
• Organized, flexible and able to prioritize work under tight deadlines 
• English Fluency both in writing and speaking
• Computer Literacy (Strong working knowledge for MS office application and advanced knowledge of Excel)
