Job Descriptions:

1. Handle licensing activities, including BAPETEN, medical devices (Alkes), equipment permits, and other regulatory requirements
2. Serve as the backup person for BAPETEN and LS licensing processes to ensure business continuity
3. Coordinate with government authorities and appointed government agents regarding licensing and regulatory matters
4. Prepare and process Surat Keterangan Bebas (SKB) documentation and related requirements
5. Create and process VR and VO requests to KSO Indonesia
6. Prepare and submit license applications and supporting documents for permits such as BAPETEN, Alkes, and other required licenses
7. Maintain and regularly update the BAPETEN license tracker to ensure accurate monitoring of license status, validity, and renewal timelines

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in transportation, supply chain and logistics
2. Minimum 2 years experience in transportation company
3. Good understanding of Regulation related with Customs procedure in Indonesia
4. Good understanding of BLFC (Basic Logistics Freight Forwarding) knowledge
5. PPJK (Pengusaha Pengurusan Jasa Kepabeanan) certificate holder would be an advantages
6. Ability to have initiative of problem solving
7. Strong organizational skills (prioritize, plan, assigned, and control) & Strong analytical thinking
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
9. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
