The treasury manager is responsible for all the treasury activities handled in the Regional SSC MENA in Dubai. He/she will ensure appropriate coaching and guidance of the assigned team in order to master the treasury function.
Strong knowledge of general treasury matters and experience in interaction with banks is required to be successful in this position.

Reporting Line:

Reports to: Vice President, Finance MENA

Role: RSSC MENA Manager, Treasury

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall Treasury activities of the assigned entities / countries
• Daily follow up on treasury limits set by Group per company/country and preparation of cash report (available vs limit) for RSSC MENA Management
• Reporting of weekly and month end liquidity reporting to Group
• Reporting of FX exposure in month end
• Review daily urgent and advance payments requests and give approval to International SSC (Poland) for payment execution
• Review and approve bank account changes request (Customer/Vendor Masterdata)
• Regular contact with banks to coordinate on signatures, PoA, guarantees requests/updates, cash pooling, etc.
• Manage issuance, amendments or cancellation of bank guarantees for MENA countries
• Collaboration on the yearly external audit process for the treasury related requests and testing
• Manage exchange rates in ERP system for MENA countries as per local regulatory requirements.
• Upload IC invoices issued from non-SAP ERP entities to MENA SAP entities in SAP ERP system.
• Manage issuance, amendments or cancellation of credit cards for MENA countries
• Manage VAT, Dubai Trade payments and other credit card transactions for Dubai entities
• Monitor the bookings of credit card related transactions of MENA countries to make sure all transactions record correctly and settlements cleared correctly on periodic basis
• Coordinate with MENA countries on IC loan obtain / settlement process with group treasury
• Manage dividend distribution process of MENA countries
• Manage custodian cash advances for Dubai entities
• Mange webcost administration function for MENA countries
• Manage SAP ERP system AP interface for SAP countries
• Support liquidation process of MENA to be liquidated entities on treasury and bank aspects

Qualifications & Characteristics:

• Master or bachelor’s in economics, business administration or similar
• Good with MS Office and SAP knowledge is preferred
• At least 4 years’ experience within a similar position
• Knowledgeable of markets & competitors, and about Industry trends & challenges
• Critical, analytical and accurate person
• Strong communication skills
• Change management mindset
• Ability to set priorities, understanding and act accordingly to urgency matters
• Quick learner, like to take responsibilities and are proactive
• Strong team player with an International mindset
