1       General Description

• Inventory Manager for one of the key accounts; the position is located in Jiaxing, and responsibility covers the warehouses for the key accounts in China;

2       Specific Accountabilities

• Planning:

Warehouse storage planning for merchandise and packaging based on run rate & FIFO;

Inventory ABC classifications and location planning;

• Peak Events:

Storage planning and execution for peak events;

• Inventory Accuracy:

Investigate of inventory discrepancy;

Initiate, implement and monitoring of measures to achieve 100% inventory accuracy;

• SOP & WI:

Establish, regular updates and implementation of inventory related SOP & WI;

• FIFO:

Inventory FIFO management;

• QH:

Quality Hold management, communication with customer and execution;

• PickFace:

PickFace setup and replenishment management;

• Cycle Count:

Daily cycle count management & reporting;

• CIP:

Work with internal and external stakeholders for continuous improvement on storage utilization, inventory accuracy, replenishment efficiency;

• Team Management:

Recruitment, training, performance management of cycle count team;
