1 To plan and execute the implementation of TMS project required for enhancement of systems capability to compete in an ever-increasing digitized landscape.

2 Accountable for the entire TMS implementation process, ranging from business requirements gathering and analysis, implementation and rollout project planning and monitoring, and system solutioning and configuration.

3 Setup, manage and maintain systems master data.

4 Conduct system-related trainings and provide functional support to the super-users and end-users.

5 Be the branch team for system engagement with Regional TMS systems Business and IT teams.

6 Create implementation toolkits, models and templates to streamline the implementation process and boost productivity.

7 Ensure effective knowledge sharing and extended across the APAC community.

8 Continuously improve and develop innovative system solutions to support As-Is and To-Be Land product development.

9 Conduct industry research and liaise with IT stakeholders to implement new systems.

10 Recommend and implement system-related changes and ensure a successful transition to what’s new by fully understanding the business process.

11 Develop service procedures, policies and standards through SOP.
