Core Competencies:

Sound knowledge of the basics of Sea Freight Import processes, required documentation and physicaloperational knowledge.
Having good relationship with the shipping lines/consolidators.
Work towards achieving a productivity as per company policy and innovative ideas.
Ensure high standards of regulatory compliance in operations.
Ensure that daily, weekly, monthly routines are followed.
Take responsibility for service delivery and problem resolution in an independent manner.
Ensure alignment between with customers and commercial team
Sound knowledge of import manifest filling, delivery order issuance and Import consolidation /deconsolidation processes
Good negotiation skills of rates with carriers and counterpart.

Requirements:

The candidate should be a graduate or have 1 year of experience in similar role.
Excellent Analytical, interpersonal and Communication Skills.
Ability to work under pressure and a good team player.
