Core Competencies:

Reconcile vendor statements to ensure all vendors outstanding are matched with the books.
Record and book operating expenses (administrative & utilities expenses) in the appropriate GL accounts.
Check & verify that all direct cost is accurately recorded with proper documentation and have thenecessary approvals before payment processing.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly Withholding Tax reports in accordance with FBR guidelines.
Follow up with vendors for Sales Tax Annexures to claim Input Sales Tax and compliance.
Maintain accurate AP records, e-docs and supporting documentation in accordance with company policiesand audit requirements.
Follow up with the operations team to clear pending invoices in their workflow especially before month-end closing.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Must be graduated in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Tax laws and regulations.
Excellent Analytical, Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Proficient in MS Excel.
