DSV Solutions  is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Key Account Manager in Kemps Creek.

 

You will play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing DSV’s strategic relationships with key clients. This role is accountable for driving commercial development, ensuring contract profitability, and sustaining high‑quality logistics solutions that support long-term partnership success.

 

Your typical day at DSV:

  • Manage and strengthen key client relationships to ensure service excellence and long‑term partnership success.Monitor contract performance, KPIs, and service levels to ensure delivery against agreed outcomes.
  • Collaborate with operational teams and stakeholders to produce accurate business insights and customer reporting.Identify growth opportunities including renewals, upselling, and service expansions, supported by strong commercial business cases.
  • Lead customer review processes, prepare executive‑level presentations, and support strategic account planning.
  • Use data and market intelligence to drive improvement, innovation, and aligned solutions for clients.

 

About you:

  • Strong communicator and negotiator, able to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and achieve measurable results.
  • Skilled in contract management, including interpreting commercial terms and ensuring ongoing compliance.
  • Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract logistics and key account management within a multinational environment.
  • Ability to travel as required.
