Minimum Requirements

Certification in HR Management Advantageous
Intermediate knowledge and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Job Related Requirements
- 2 years’ experience as HR Administrator or relevant administrative function
- Knowledge of evidence-based problem solving
- Understanding of behavioural assessments and competency mapping
- Strong administrative skills
- Good communiction skills
Main purpose of the role
The HR Administrator provides efficient administrative support to the HR function, ensuring accurate employee records, smooth HR processes, and a high standard of service to employees and managers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and participate in daily HR activities and administration
- To support projects and to ensure expected service delivery to the HR team, business, Centre’s of Excellence and broader HR business
- To ensure and drive awareness and usage of the HRIS and available Reports.
- To ensure that all legislative requirements and policies are implemented and adhered to within the business unit.
- Ensure effective working relationships with external HR and support pillars.
- Managing and executing on HR / Business related projects.
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Must be able to self manage
- Ability to use initiative on projects
- Conducting interviews on lower levels, references and verification checks
