Commencing on 1 August 2024, the DSV Graduate Trainee Program will be a 2-year well-structured career development program, aiming to attract, and develop high potential young professionals for the freight forwarding industry.

Program Features: 

• Job rotations across departments.
• Structured on-the-job training.
• Ambassador & buddy scheme to facilitate mentoring and performance feedbacks.
• Diversified training and development program includes but not limited to system and hard-skills training, personal development and teambuilding training, professional certificate training.
• Site visits including warehouse, terminal and China branch visits.
• Dialogue with Senior Management.
• Work-Life balance and company events.
• Job attachment opportunities in China branch offices during the program.
• Future career and training opportunities in overseas or China DSV offices.

Requirements: 

• Fresh or recent one-year university graduates in logistics, supply chain or related disciplines.
• Strong enthusiasm and commitment toward establishing a long-term career in the logistics industry.
• Good team player with inquisitive mindset.
• A drive to achieve; strive for continuous improvements and excellence.
• Diligent, self-motivated with high sense of responsibility.
• Eagerness to take up new challenges.
• Resilient with positive attitude.
• Open-minded and able to communicate to all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
