Core Competencies:
Secure new customers and retain/develop existing accounts to drive business growth.
Regularly visit potential and existing customers.
Develop business within assigned DSV Trade Lanes and routes, grow the assigned routes based on sales plans, targets, and KPIs.
Identify and enlarge targeted customer base and Industry.
Generate and convert sales leads into revenue generating business.
Follow up on customers communications in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with other departments to execute customer service contracts, generate business &maximize profits.
Contribute to business development through market insights and regular sales meetings.
Ensure proper credit verification for customers and manage payment collections.
Requirements:
2-4 years of field sales experience within the freight forwarding industry.
Experienced in Import sales specialist (Air & Sea).
Graduation in any stream, and fluent in English.
MS Office skills and good knowledge of IT systems.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
