Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Business Analyst to lead the execution of marketing initiatives across a dynamic, global logistics environment. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities and contribute to scalable marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans
- Manage promotional product vendor relationships by managing supplier communications and resolving fulfillment or quality issues
- Provide logistical support for events and trade shows by managing pre-event planning, material shipping, and vendor communication
- Create marketing collateral including flyers, presentations, and promotional materials
ensuring alignment with brand standards and consistency
- Manage project timelines, multiple deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment
- Analyze reporting and campaign performance to inform future initiatives
- Handle day-to-day marketing activities
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms, including Canva
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience working with external vendors and managing deliverables
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similarly complex global industry
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and performance tracking

For this position, the expected base pay range is $62,000.00 – $73,000.00 . Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
