Summary
The Operational Excellence Manager ensures that organizational projects and initiatives meet objectives on time and within budget by focusing on the people side of change. This role involves preparing, supporting, and equipping employees to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems, technology, roles, and organizational structures.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate large-scale process and culture change initiatives to enhance performance and engagement.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to meet organizational standards consistently
- Facilitate small group sessions and lead large-scale organizational changes.
- Clearly articulate change-related messages to diverse audiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to influence others and drive toward shared goals.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of change initiatives and training programs.
- Use data and analytics to forecast outcomes and refine strategies.
- Own and improve operational workflows related to product implementation and system maintenance
- Monitor and maintain key operational systems, including CW1 and TANGO
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement scalable improvements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support product rollouts and operational changes
- Troubleshoot operational and system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes
- Document processes and establish best practices for ongoing optimization
Educational background / Work experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
- 3 – 5 years of relevant experience.
- Solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Active listening skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on planning and strategy.
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause identification skills.
- Proficiency in analytics, statistics, and spreadsheet tools like Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence others toward a common vision.
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and lifecycle phases is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of forecasting models and analytics is preferred.
Language skills
- Fluency in English is required
Computer Literacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Physical Demands
Work is generally sedentary, with no specific need for physical coordination or effort. Work Environment

For this position, the expected base pay is: $96,500 - $120,500 / Annual. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, geographic location and other objective business considerations. This position can be virtual anywhere in the USA.
