  • Design, manage, and continuously improve internal employee communication channels — including all-hands events, leadership newsletters, intranet content, and digital signage — to drive engagement, alignment, and culture across a geographically distributed workforce.
  • Serve as the primary communications strategist and thought partner to the North America executive team, advising on employee initiatives, organizational change, and high-stakes communications that require precision, timing, and executive judgment.
  • Build and manage the executive communications program for North American leadership, including speechwriting, talking point development, LinkedIn and external content, speaking engagement preparation, and town hall facilitation support.

  • Develop and maintain a communications cadence and editorial calendar that maps to the business cycle, key organizational moments, and leadership priorities across Contract Logistics North America.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of internal communications programs through employee engagement signals, readership data, and qualitative feedback; continuously refine approach based on results.
  • Manage and coordinate external vendors, agencies, and freelance writers as needed to support communications production, ensuring quality, brand compliance, and on-time delivery.
  • Serve as the steward of DSV’s Corporate Visual Identity (CVI) and tone-of-voice standards within Contract Logistics North America, ensuring all communications outputs are brand-compliant and professionally consistent.
  • Partner with P+O, Legal, and the executive team to develop and execute communications for sensitive organizational matters including restructurings, policy changes, leadership transitions, and post-merger integration milestones.
  • Support DSV’s DB Schenker integration by developing communications that help align employees, leaders, and stakeholders across legacy organizations during the North American integration period.
  • Operate fluently across executive (C-Level) and frontline (site operations, general managers) audiences, modulating channel, tone, and depth to match the communication need.
