Purpose of the job/ Overall responsibility

Sharing the vision & ensure understanding of global vision on a cluster level. Ensuring global and regional standards are implemented within the cluster and solutions are aligned with vision. Operationally leading and developing the team. Ensure local requirements are known globally/regionally and are met.​

Harmonize local P&O processes based on global / regional guidelines, while considering local requirements​​

Transform, mature and sustain an engaged, high performing P&O organization

Individual / Accountability​

Ensure local P&O requirements are known globally and met​

Being the strategic P&O partner for country CEOs 

Developing the P&O staff and setting goals for the team​

Identify local P&O needs and capabilities​

Sharing the vision & ensure understanding of global vision on a country level​

Supporting global and regional initiatives and leading the implementation to cluster (i.e., Talent Management, P&O Policies and Standards, Systems)​

Ensure global and regional P&O strategies, activities and processes are implemented locally​

Coordinating all P&O related aspects accompanying reorganization/transformation​

Promoting a high level of employee commitment​

​Shared / Responsibility​

Ensuring compliance with local related law & managing employee relations​

Responsible for P&O budget 

Identification and development of talents​

Aligning stakeholders to ensure local implementation e.g., global standards​

 

For this position, the expected base pay range is $188,500 - $225,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education or certifications, and geographic location, consistent with applicable laws and company policy.
