Job Posting Title: Senior Project Specialist, AC
Time Type: Full Time
The Senior Project Specialist provides operational and logistical support for GHOST Team deployments and AIC operations. This role coordinates personnel deployment requirements, TMS trailer movements, equipment, supplies, onboarding support, and site readiness. The Project Supervisor serves as a key coordination point between GHOST leadership, AIC Operations, TMS, P&O, and supporting teams to ensure personnel and resources are ready when required.
As part of the DSV team, associates are expected to meet company objectives in the areas of performance, safety, and quality. Associates are expected to comply with all corporate and site-specific policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
AIC OPERATIONS SUPPORT
- Maintain visibility of equipment and supplies supporting AIC requirements.
- Work with AIC leadership to identify upcoming resource needs.
- Assist with staging equipment and supplies for operational launches, turn-ups, and project support.
- Coordinate resource movement when GHOST personnel or equipment transition between AIC and other deployment locations.
ONBOARDING SUPPORT
- Maintain visibility of onboarding schedules and expected personnel.
- Ensure onboarding areas have the necessary equipment, supplies, training materials, and administrative resources.
- Assist with coordinating badges, PPE, equipment issuance, system-access requirements, and other site-readiness needs.
EQUIPMENT & SUPPLY MANAGEMENT
- Maintain accountability of GHOST Team deployment equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate requests for operational equipment, PPE, tools, office supplies, training materials, and other deployment necessities.
- Conduct pre-deployment inventory checks to confirm required resources are available.
- Track equipment issued to deployment teams and ensure accountability upon return.
- Identify shortages and coordinate replenishment before they impact operations.
- Maintain minimum stock levels for frequently used deployment supplies.
- Coordinate replacement of damaged, missing, or unserviceable equipment.
DEPLOYMENT COORDINATION
- Maintain visibility of upcoming, active, and returning deployments.
- Confirm that teams have the required equipment, supplies, and information before deployment.
- Identify deployment gaps or risks and elevate them to leadership early.
- Support short-notice deployment requirements and changing operational priorities.
- Coordinate arrival and site-readiness requirements with receiving leadership.
- TMS & Trailer Deployment Coordination in partnership with the CSR warehouse team
- Track trailer requests, scheduled movements, delivery dates, pickup dates, and final destinations.
- Confirm trailers contain the correct equipment and supplies before movement.
- Maintain accountability and visibility of deployed trailers.
- Coordinate repositioning of trailers based on changing project requirements.
- Communicate delays, transportation issues, or changes that could affect operational timelines.
- Ensure returning equipment and supplies are properly accounted for and routed to the appropriate location.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Computer Skills
- Mid to Senior Microsoft Office skills
- Technical knowledge of technologies appropriate to the assigned application or set of applications, business unit or region.
- Experience with procurement systems and budget management.
- Experience with ticketing systems and ticket management is a plus.
- Wi-Fi experience / Understanding internet connection technology in on- and off-site settings
Language Skills
- English (reading, writing, verbal)
- Interpersonal communication and language skills (e.g., listening to others, speaking to others, reading, writing).
- Communication (facilitation skills and very mature communication skills to be able to communicate to all levels in the organization).
- Basic to Intermediate skills needed.
- Business & financial acumen (analyzing financial information, dealing with complexity, problem solving, using sound judgment).
- Analytical skills (e.g., storing information, data management, mining data, learning, and following procedures).
For this position, the expected base pay range is $77,000.00 – $82,000.00 . Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
