As a Human Resources Project Manager / Analyst with DSV Solutions, this role will support the Director of HR by leading key projects to the success of the business to include: new site start-ups, acquisitions, training projects, and employee surveys.   By providing data and/or dashboards via analytic tools.  Support data-driven HR management through analysis and reporting on human capital data assets and trends. Utilize employee surveys and organizational assessments to support data-driven HR strategies and workforce planning objectives.  As well as work in close partnership with our HR Director and other regional leaders to support HR initiatives across our business unit. 




  • Support new site-start up’s, new implementations in recruiting, hiring, onboarding and general HR
  • Project Manager HR initiatives and projects
  • Interpret, monitor and analyze HR data and metrics (new hires, budget, headcount, turnover, promotion, employee survey, performance management, etc.) to create various reports/queries to analyze metrics
  • Align HR work streams with an integrated schedule to ensure milestones and critical path tasks are met
  • Utilize project management tools to provide a clear and accurate schedule on projects and site implementations
  • Support the sourcing, development, and facilitation of the service award program
  • Support employee engagement and survey initiatives and analysis
  • Process HR transactions and up-load data in a timely manner to ensure data accuracy
  • Work with other team members to assess and evaluate requests and needs from the various business functions
  • Support the HR Director and the Regional HR Managers in understanding organizational changes and impacts to the business unit
  • Identify and develop internal process improvements and system enhancements
  • Create and manage wellness marketing initiatives
  • Create detailed Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations from compiled information
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

  • Four-year degree is preferred (Human Resources emphasis preferred)
  • 3-5 years of job related/relevant experience


  Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations

  • PHR, SPHR a plus but not required 



  Computer Skills

  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Advanced Excel (i.e. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s, and PowerPoint.)

Language Skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to express ideas in a confident, organized and articulate manner
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and relationship building skills
