DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Administrative Specialist in AUS - Len Waters Estate, Aviation Road 

We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrative Specialist to join our team and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks to support smooth and efficient business operations
  • Coordinate procurement and purchasing activities, including raising and processing purchase orders
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes, manage enquiries, and follow up on outstanding orders or deliveries
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, and inventory tracking systems
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with coordinating replenishments as required
  • Support invoice matching, approval workflows, and basic accounts‑related tasks linked to purchasing
  • Assist with managing vendor and contract documentation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures
  • Prepare general reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets to support operational and procurement decision‑making
  • Compile and analyse data to highlight trends, variances, and areas for process improvement

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or 3PL environment
  • Strong planning, time management and coordination skills with high attention to detail
  • Clear and confident communication skills, able to work across internal teams and external suppliers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confident data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindset
