DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Customer Service Specialist in AUS - Len Waters Estate, Aviation Road
The purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect in all communications. It requires strong teamwork, a proactive approach to learning, and a commitment to achieving targets and results. The role demands effective problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and efficiency in managing tasks, including maintaining proper email etiquette. Success in this position also depends on the ability to work autonomously, meet responsibilities independently, and utilize computer systems effectively, including WMS and the Microsoft Office suite.
Your typical day at DSV:
- Respond in a timely manner to phone and email enquiries sent from the client relating to orders, deliveries, and transport.
- Monitor ticket queues, priorities tasks to meet SLAs
- Assist with analysis of dispatch status
- Inform clients of order status in a timely manner
- Provide operational and administrative support and assistance to the Customer Service Manager and DSV Operations and Transport teams in relation to orders, deliveries, and transport/freight administration
- Support existing and new products and services, look at ways of reducing costs and increasing profitability for the company and retaining existing clients and business
- Assist and resolve invoice queries in conjunction with operations/account management
- Develop and maintain productive and positive relationships with clients
About you:
- Extensive experience within the Transport and Logistics industry in a customer support role
- Strong system experience: WMS, Microsoft Excel
- Experience working in a high-volume and fast paced role
