DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Transport Supervisor in AUS - Len Waters Estate, Aviation Road 

The role: 

• Supervise daily warehousing and transport operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards and customer requirements
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and dispatch activities
• Lead, coach, and support warehouse and transport teams to achieve productivity, safety, and service quality targets 
• Allocate resources, assign tasks, and monitor individual and team performance 
• Promote a positive, safety-focused, and performance-driven culture
• Managing Drivers, Trucks (fleet), Load allocating + scheduling, C.o.R for trucks & drivers
• Strong knowledge of Sydney metro / regional postcodes and road networks to maximise route optimisation and load optimisation on vehicles
• Travel to customer sites to oversee operational performance, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, safety, and service delivery

About you:

• Previous experience in Logistics/Supply Chain Warehouse environment in a Supervisor position 
• Previous Experience in a warehouse environment particularly dispatch and stock control
• Ability to obtain and maintain Yellow Badge security clearance
• Working knowledge of Material Handling Equipment

A current Yellow Badge security clearance must be obtained and maintained during employment. This requirement is critical to meeting operational and security obligations within sensitive freight environments.
