For our office in Pioltello (MI) we are looking for a Senior HR Specialist

Your Tasks:

• Talent Acquisition and Recruitment

• People Development Projects

• Provide analytical and well documented reports

• Creation, Development and implementation of human resources procedures

• Partecipation in the management of the legal issues and opportunities with the pool of external labour lawyer

• Support the team in the Management of contractual deadlines, temporary workers and internships

Your Background:

• Proven work experience in HR (7 -10 years)

• Degree or High School Diploma

• Good English knowledge

• Good Microsoft Office knowledge

Soft Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Organizational skills

• Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality

• Problem solving, attention to the details

• Team working attitude
