Responsibilities:

1. Test Management:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for myDSV Platform

• Coordinate end-to-end testing activities, including functional, performance, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing

• Collaborate with developers, and business analysts to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria

• Automate testing processes where applicable to ensure efficient and reliable testing workflows

• Manage test environments, ensuring they are adequately provisioned and aligned with production systems

• Identify and mitigate risks in testing phases to avoid disruptions in delivery timelines

2. Quality Assurance:

• Establish and enforce quality assurance best practices across all phases of development and deployment

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for testing and release processes to identify opportunities for improvement

• Advocate for continuous improvement in testing frameworks and release pipelines

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for testing activities, ensuring alignment with business and technical stakeholders

• Communicate testing and release progress, risks, and results to senior leadership and project teams

4. Governance and Compliance:

• Ensure testing and release processes comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all testing and release procedures to ensure audit readiness

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong understanding of software development process, data pipelines, and data architecture

• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks

• Proficiency in automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, JUnit, PyTest, or other relevant frameworks

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong organizational and project management abilities

• Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in testing and release management within a data-centric environment
